Goulburn Pre-School strives to employ enthusiastic, experienced and qualified staff to support a high quality program. All team members have had an active role in the recent review of our Philosophy, in conjunction with families. This ensures the Philosophy is embraced by all team members and is evident within the program and in our interactions with children and families. Feedback from a family – 2012 Survey Our educators work collaboratively as a team to provide a safe, welcoming and exciting learning environment for all children and their families. We employ two Early Childhood Teachers (Bachelor of Education Early Childhood) who work in partnership with four Diploma qualified educators and two Certificate III qualified educators. Our casual team members have been with the Pre-School over a period of time and are well acquainted with the Philosophy and practices within the Pre-School. We are fortunate to have our very efficient and approachable Clerical Officer who is often the first point of contact families have with Goulburn Pre-School. She supports every aspect of the day to day running of the Pre-School. Goulburn Pre-School has a strong commitment to supporting the professional and personal growth of all team members. There is a strong focus on ongoing training and accessing resources to ensure team members are further developing skills within current practice. Students from TAFE, Universities and school work experience also join us throughout the year as part of our commitment to supporting the development of future early childhood educators.
